Are all models immediately available?
For every product, it is indicated whether the model is in stock.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped on the next business day.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within the applicable return period of 14 days. The product must be unused and returned in its original sealed packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, orders can be picked up by request on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 and 13:00. Please indicate this during checkout by selecting 'pickup instead of shipping'.
