Returns

At Aviationstore we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your return, you then have another 14 days to send the product back.

Conditions

• The product must be returned undamaged, in its original sealed packaging. Opened packaging cannot be returned.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 days via the same payment method used to pay for the order.

Return costs

The costs for returning a product are for the customer's account.

Send an email to info@aviationstore.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you further instructions.
